$ 2.343

Gold has always been humankind’s favorite metal out there. The majestic shine gold offers is unlike any other and just pops on the wrist. Especially when combined with warm colors like champagne and brown like on this gorgeous Omega Automatic 2816 S.C. This solid 18k gold stunner is not only a great investment financially, but even more so for your style!

This watch was born in 1954 and runs on the 354 bumper automatic movement made by Omega. The solid 18k gold case features beautiful spider lugs that make this watch hug the wrist creating a very comfortable wearing experience. Furthermore is the clean snap-on caseback and the hexagonal Omega signed crown. The dial on this watch has a 2 tone effect comparable to the ones seen on the Trésor line. The darker outer rim and the lighter center fit the golden 35mm case perfectly. This watch is in excellent condition with a minor scratch on the caseback.

What we love:

  • Beautiful solid 18k gold case
  • Amazing 2 tone dial
  • Rare spider lugs

OMEGA

Omega is one of the most iconic Swiss luxury watchmakers currently around. Based in Bienne, Switzerland and founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848. Omega was formally known as “La Generale Watch Co.” until incorporating the name Omega in 1903, when they became Louis Brandt et Frère – Omega Watch & Co. In 1982, the company officially changed its name to Omega SA.

Notable lovers of Omega watches:

Britain’s Royal Flying Corps chose Omega watches in 1917 as its official timekeepers for its combat units, as did the U.S. Army in 1918. Omega watches were the choice of NASA and the first watch on the Moon in 1969. In addition, Omega has been the official timekeeping device of the Olympic Games since 1932. James Bond has worn it in films since 1995; other famous Omega wearers, past and present, include Buzz Aldrin, George Clooney, John F. Kennedy, Mao Zedong and Elvis Presley.
