Description
The C‑shape case, designed in the mid‑1960s, marked a stylistic turning point for the Constellation line: lugs flowing into the body of the case, integrated lines, and a sportively‑elegant silhouette. In this white‑gold variant, that design takes on a new dimension—the precious metal accentuates the architectural form while articulating the watch’s premium status.
Beneath the refined exterior beats one of Omega’s chronometer‑certified movements of the era (Calibre 564). This automatic movement delivers the performance and prestige that the Constellation line promised in the 1960s.
In terms of collectibility and market positioning: because the white‑gold versions are so scarce, they command a premium over equivalent yellow‑gold or even pink‑gold pieces of the same reference. This watch was fully serviced by Omega and has an original unused Omega strap and buckle.
What we love:
- Iconic C-shape 18k white gold case in excellent (polished) condition
- Beautiful 18k solid white gold (deluxe) dial with applied onyx indices and Constellation star
- Incredibly rare
