Vintage Omega Seamaster Chronograph 145.005-67 from 1967

When you think of Omega chronographs the first thing you think of is ofcourse the speedmaster line. But in fact Omega made many different chronographs, like the de ville chronograph line and the beautiful Seamaster chronographs. These Seamasters were made to accompany the Speedmaster line offering a less sporty and more elegant look. With the famous 321 movement inside which was used in many pre-moon speedmasters this watch is truly a stunner!

Made in 1967 this Omega Seamaster chronograph has aged very well. The dial has gathered a warm cream color over time giving this already special piece even more allure. This dressy 35mm chronograph has pump pushers without crown guards creating a clean and crisp look. The dial houses an applied Omega logo and has a tachymeter scale at the outer rim. Under the hood is the famous 321 movement, a very well established and sturdy movement liked by many collectors. This watch was bought in münchen as can be seen on the papers which come with this watch as well as the original wooden box. The condition of this watch is near mint, with little to no scratches on both the crystal and case.

What we love:

  • Gorgeous patina on dial
  • Near mint condition

What you should know:

OMEGA Seamaster

back to 1948, the birth year of the Seamaster CK 2518. The model, when released, was to be a tribute to the 100th anniversary of the company. What made the Seamaster revolutionary at the time was its use of a rubber gasket for its water resistance. The technology was the same used in submarines at that time and remains in use even today.
