Vintage Omega Seamaster ´Early Seamaster caseback emblem´ 2937-5 from 1959

Omega is one of the world’s most recognizable watch brands and Omega Seamaster has been a timeless classic since its introduction in 1948. Omega Seamaster was originally designed as a sports and military watch, but it quickly gained popularity with everyday wearers due to its robust design and reliability.

This Omega Seamaster 2937-5 from 1959 features the very reliable cal 267 movement made by Omega. This great movement fits inside the 35,5mm stainless steel case which has a lug to lug distance of 43mm, making this watch quite big for a vintage timepiece. However, the star of the show is the beautifully patinated dial which is more than 60 years old!

This dial has gathered a nice cream color over the years creating a perfect vintage look. The ´Seamaster´ print on the dial has faded a bit over the years but is this clearly visible. Another very special and rare feature of this watch is the caseback which has a very early Seamaster emblem. This gorgeous watch is in great vintage condition and is sure to make any collector proud.
